Is it fast enough for my phone?
The 20W model charges an iPhone at full magnetic wireless speed and will take most phones from empty to around half in under an hour. Plug the USB-C cable in instead and it charges faster still.
Will it work through my case?
Yes, through most cases up to about 3mm. MagSafe and magnet-ring cases give the strongest hold. Very thick, textured or metal-backed cases will weaken the magnet or block charging — use the USB-C cable with those.

Does it work with my phone?
It snaps magnetically to iPhone 12 and newer, and to any Qi2 Android phone. For older or non-magnetic phones, the included USB-C cable works with everything.
How many full charges do I get?
The 10,000 mAh model gives roughly two full phone charges. The 5,000 mAh model gives about one. Exact numbers depend on your phone's battery size.
Does it charge through a case?
Yes, through most cases up to around 3mm. MagSafe and magnet-ring cases hold strongest. Thick, textured or metal-backed cases will weaken the hold — use the cable with those.
Can I use my phone while it's charging?
