Items returned after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gifts

Gift returns may result in store credit or a digital gift certificate equal to the value of the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery, including photos. Claims reported after this period may not be honored.
